IN-STORE Purchases, Shipping, & Returns

 

Purchasing items at our location or for pick up. 

Use promo code IN-STORE at check out to remove the shipping cost from your order. You will receive a confirmation email for your order, then, a second email confirming your order was fulfilled when we hand over your item(s).

***By using code IN-STORE, we will not ship your item(s). This is for purchases at our location or to pick up from our location.

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped each Friday. They are delivered through USPS and will arrive within 3-5 business days from time of shipment. You will receive an email and tracking number when we ship your item. Currently, we do not ship outside of the U.S.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We will accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase. Your item must not be worn or washed. If your item is damaged or you have any complications with your order. Please contact us at support@crossfitzoetic.com and we'll get back to you.
